Clean up development scripts (#627)

We remove a couple of obsoleted development scripts. We moved away from
using aas-core-codegen repository as a source of truth for generated SDK
code to make the whole system more modular. The snippets and the logic
for generating the *concrete* SDKs live in the repositories of the
respective SDKs (see change logs for versions 0.0.23 and prior).

In this change, we remove all the development scripts which were used to
update and generate the SDK code based on the formalized meta-models in
aas-core-meta repository.
