feat(gantt): simplify default grid columns and add showAddTaskButton option

- Remove endDate from default left-pane columns (name, start, actions)
- Rename EN_US_LABELS from Start time/End time to Start/End
- Add showAddTaskButton option (default true) to hide the + button
- Add demo control panel toggle for the new option
- Update tests and docs for new defaults
