test(repo): persist hide-from-visual-tests CSS across page navigations

  * add `page.addInitScript()` alongside `page.addStyleTag()` in `hideFromVisualTests`
  * ensures CSS is re-injected into every new document after a redirect or JS navigation
  * fixes flaky visual tests: production pages can navigate during `toHaveScreenshot`,
    which destroys the injected style tag
