chore(repo): remove dead modules and tracked build artifacts (#14)

The rockspec was shipping 8 modules with zero internal consumers
(bit*, constants/*) and the repo was tracking a regenerable luarocks
install tree (.rocks_verify/) plus committed profiler output. Drop
all of it, align rockspec/tests/gitignore/gitattributes, expand
lint+format scope to bench/, and quiet git-cliff's catch-all on
merge and release-chore commits.

Verified: make ci passes; luarocks make --tree .rocks_verify
*.rockspec installs the slimmer module set without regression.
