fix: address Copilot review feedback on flag-description style

- CLAUDE.md: example used `--blame` ("show blame gutter on startup") as
  a positive example for a rule that bans "on startup", making the
  guideline self-contradictory. Updated `--blame` description in code
  and docs to "show blame gutter" so it complies with the rule and
  remains a valid example.
- app/ui/model.go: ShowUntracked godoc referenced --stdin and
  --compare-old/--compare-new from a UI-package exported field; trimmed
  to "show untracked files in the tree; requires LoadUntracked".
  Same minimization applied to ShowBlame and WordDiff godocs for
  consistency.
- README.md and both plugin config.md tables: `--blame` row trimmed.
