docs(audit-cycle): add hindsight research notes and example script

Source-of-truth artifacts referenced by the seven fix commits in this
audit cycle (37e8a6a..9f571b2):

- docs/superpowers/research/2026-05-09-agentic-hindsight-observations.md
  Ten observations from a UCI Ionosphere agentic run on Windows
  py312. O3, O5, O6, O8, O9 are addressed by this cycle's fixes.
- docs/superpowers/research/2026-05-09-mcp-spark-test-notes.md
  MCP test notes from the Spark Linux box. Confirms Tier-A worked,
  identifies TA1 (compare_detectors not benchmark-ranked) and TA2
  (contamination invisible through MCP chain). Both addressed by
  fix #3 (ad_engine.py).
- docs/superpowers/research/2026-05-09-mcp-spark-transcript.md
  Raw 7+7 tool transcript from mcp_spark_smoke.py on Spark.
- examples/agentic_hindsight_real_data.py
  Runnable example used to generate the hindsight observations.
