test(e2e): scope nav 'Pool' selector and reorder PATCH assertions (#390)

- nav.spec.ts: scope link visibility checks to <nav> and use href
  selectors instead of getByText('Pool') which matched 3 elements
- settings.spec.ts: await 'Saved' indicator before asserting on the
  captured PATCH body so the request has a chance to land
- fixtures/api.ts: default mdns_en/knot_en to true so toggle-off tests
  start from the correct state
