feat(diag): expose bb_diag heap/tasks/panic/coredump in UI (#386)

* feat(diag): expose bb_diag heap/tasks/panic/coredump in UI

- sdkconfig.defaults: enable FreeRTOS trace facility for /api/diag/tasks
- src/main.c: bump display task stack 4096→6144 (HWM was 292 bytes)
- webui: add system-health status strip, collapsible panels for heap, tasks,
  telemetry drops; panic block with download + clear coredump
- retry once on transient 502s from diag endpoints
- comprehensive test coverage for new diagnostics API and UI components

- e2e: telemetry drops disclosure rename + click-to-expand for the
  collapsed <details>; reboot now lives in the status strip
- diagnosticsState: real tests for doClearAbnormalResets, doClearPanic,
  and the withRetry helper (success + failure + loading states)
