Remove Flock crawler signature (false positives on real browser) (#600)

* Remove Flock crawler signature (false positives on real browser)

The `Flock\/` signature matched the real Flock web browser
(Mozilla/Chromium-based, discontinued 2011), not a crawler. Three of the
four fixture UAs were genuine Flock browser releases; the fourth
(`Flock/14.15 (Android 2.9; ...)`) is a malformed/spoofed UA with no
crawler signal beyond looking unusual.

Fixes #599.

* Add Flock browser UAs to devices.txt as regression guards

If anyone re-introduces a Flock crawler signature in the future, these
fixtures (asserted via user_agents_are_devices) will fail the test.
