test(webui): cover ui-kit components and include in coveralls upload (#369)

Add vitest infrastructure to webui/ui-kit with tests for all 4 Svelte components (Brand, PasswordInput, Select, WifiSelect). Achieves 100% statement/line coverage and 91.66% branch coverage. Integrate ui-kit tests into CI workflow with Coveralls upload.
