* test(protocol): add sibling tests; cover ProtocolFeature::new + boundaries

Extracts inline tests to src/protocol_tests.rs (rules 13/14) and adds
direct runtime construction of ProtocolFeature::new plus
server_version == min_version boundary cases for check_version,
is_supported, and include_if_supported. Coverage 86.5% → 92.3% lines.

* test(protocol): fold redundant test pair, drop magic numbers and WHAT comments

Per /simplify:
- Merge check_version_rejects_just_below_minimum and the canonical-Display
  test (overlapping destructure assertions) into one rejection-plus-Display
  test parameterized via feature.{min_version,name}.
- Drop hardcoded 137 / 50 / "tick-by-tick data" — derive from the feature.
- Drop WHAT comments restating test names.

Coverage unchanged: 92.3% lines / 92.9% regions / 90% functions.
