- Knot.svelte: 33% → 95% statements, 22% → 78% branches
- Settings.svelte: 66% → 79% statements, 52% → 67% branches
- Pool.svelte: 60% → 61% statements, 37% → 41% branches
- History.svelte: 61% → 63% statements, 37% → 39% branches
- Update.svelte: 60% → 60% statements, 40% → 40% branches

Total miner package: 78% → 82% statements coverage.
Add comprehensive test cases covering state transitions, edge cases,
error paths, and conditional rendering.
