test(webui): cover App and 8 page components (#366)

* test(webui): cover App.svelte and 8 page components

Add 514 unit tests for App.svelte, Dashboard, Diagnostics, History, Knot, Pool, Settings, System, and Update pages. Tests cover component rendering, store state updates, and conditional UI branches. Coverage improved from ~50% to 78% across the app.

Includes test-setup.ts mocks for matchMedia and EventSource for uplot and SSE compatibility.

* fix: resolve TypeScript errors in page tests

Remove duplicate object properties and redundant global mock. All tests pass typecheck.
