Update version to v2.6.4 (#79)

- Bump devDependencies to latest majors (express 5, fastify 5, koa 3,
  jest 30, supertest 7, typescript 6, @types/node 24, hapi 21.4)
- CI matrix updated to Node 20/22/24; bump GH actions to current majors
  (checkout v4, setup-node v4, coverallsapp/github-action v2)
- Pass --types node to tsc since it no longer auto-discovers @types/node
  without a tsconfig
- README: refresh "Tested with" line and Supported Node.js section
