bench: add drop_fields scenarios to log_event_make_bench

Adds drop_fields scenarios for both payloads plus a full-pipeline scenario
(copy + kv + drop) on top of the existing copy + kv coverage. Uses
parse_drop_fields_config so the parsed-virtual fast path is exercised on
post-perf-commit checkouts; lands after the drop_fields feature commit so
the function exists at this point in history.

Edge log + drop is the headline scenario: dropping four deeply-nested
paths shrinks downstream flatten_body work enough to come in 27% lighter
on reduction count than the no-transform baseline. The full pipeline
(copy + kv + drop) is still 23% lighter than baseline because drop saves
more work than copy + kv add.
