Merge pull request #104 from stoiver/anuga_parallel_install

Anuga parallel install. Updated install_ubuntu.py to be a little clever about installing parallel versions of anuga by testing whether openmpi, mpich or mpich2 is installed. Seems like openmpi is the fastest version on the travis machines.
