Fix h5ad write failure on missing VDJ barcodes; misc bug cleanup (#4)

- loader.combine_gex_and_vdj: preserve bool/int dtypes after reindex so
  GEX cells without a VDJ contig get False / 0 instead of NaN. Fixes
  TypeError raised by anndata when writing has_TRA / TRA_count etc. to
  /obs (issue #3).
- loader: count productive contigs correctly when CellRanger exports the
  column as a string instead of bool.
- annotate.match_clonotypes: initialize db_match_partial=False so rows
  that never hit the partial-match fallback are False rather than NaN.
- model._fit_logistic_newton: log a warning when bailing on a
  near-singular Hessian, so callers can tell an unconverged fit from a
  clean one.
- Bump version to 0.2.7.
