fix(disk-monitor): flatten multi-line probe output for awslogs ingestion

CloudWatch's awslogs driver splits log events on '\n', so multi-line
output (du, find, top, df) emitted from a single logger call would
become multiple events and lose their disk-monitor logger correlation.

Collapse multi-line probe output to a single line, separated by ' | ',
so the SPIKE/audit blocks remain grouped events in CloudWatch and stay
attached to their run=N tag.

Verified against local sim with a 200MB /tmp/blob injected mid-run:
SPIKE block correctly identifies '201M /tmp/blob' as a single line.
