project: switch repository url to https form for GitHub Packages

GitHub Packages parses `package.json.repository.url` to associate a
new package with the publishing repository. The SSH URL form (`git@github.com:...`) is not recognised, so the package fails the
auto-link and the publish step is rejected with `permission_denied:
write_package` even when the workflow's GITHUB_TOKEN carries the
`packages: write` scope. Switch the URL to `git+https://github.com/Tatsh/jxa-lib-examples.git` so the
auto-link succeeds and `yarn npm publish` can complete.
