Revert `cff-validator` pin: keep `@main` per user preference.

Earlier commit (`4ef9da1`) pinned `dieghernan/cff-validator` from `@main` to
`@v5` so dependabot could track it. User has chosen to keep `@main` instead;
the loss of dependabot tracking on this single low-risk action is acceptable.
The CodeQL `actions/unpinned-tag` rule that would otherwise flag a tag-based
ref is now disabled per ponder-lab/ML#231 / Hybridize-Functions-Refactoring#447,
so neither pinning approach trips a security gate.
