Swedish: use formal "fyrtio" instead of "förtio" for 40 (#37)

Ports savoirfairelinux/num2words#370 by @staffanm.

"fyrtio" is the modern recommended Swedish spelling for 40 (per Svenska
Akademiens ordlista), while "förtio" is an older form. Both are
understood, but "fyrtio" is what dictionaries and the official orthography
use today.

Existing test data updated across 12 cardinal and ordinal cases.
