KN: remove duplicated "ಒಂದು" prefix on lakh (#32)

Ports savoirfairelinux/num2words#588 by @timepas.

The high-numword entry for 10^5 hardcoded "ಒಂದು ಲಕ್ಷ" (literally "one
lakh"), which caused multipliers > 1 to render incorrectly (e.g.
"ಎರಡು ಒಂದು ಲಕ್ಷ" for 200000). Removing the redundant "ಒಂದು" lets the
counting prefix flow through naturally.
