Port: Dhivehi (dv) language support [upstream #451] (#16)

* Add Dhivehi (dv) language support

Ports savoirfairelinux/num2words#451 by @aliaafee.

Adds Dhivehi (Maldivian) number-to-words conversion in native Thaana
script. Standalone implementation — does not depend on the base class.
All 6 upstream tests pass unmodified.
