Add Honduran Spanish (es_HN) language support (#17)

Ports savoirfairelinux/num2words#586 by @frflores11.

Adds Honduran Spanish (es_HN) with HNL (Lempira) currency support.
Subclasses Num2Word_ES and replaces "uno" with "un" in currency output.
175/176 upstream tests pass; one fractional-cent rounding case is
omitted because num2words2's base preserves sub-cent precision rather
than rounding (consistent with other num2words2 languages).
