Update golangci-lint to v2.11.4 and enable new linters

Bump golangci-lint from v2.0.1 to v2.11.4 and enable the following
new linters: embeddedstructfieldcheck, funcorder, funlen, gocognit,
godoclint, iotamixing, modernize, unqueryvet, cyclop, ireturn, mnd,
tagliatelle, wsl_v5 (replacing deprecated wsl).

Fix all reported lint issues across the codebase.
