test(+examples+docs): feed candlestick-test matrix gaps back into the library

Tests (+11):
- streaming: frequency breakdown by pattern name, reset-then-new-dataset isolation
- pluginManager: extra OHLC fields (volume) pass through plugin fn intact
- cli: combined type+direction+confidence filter asserts all three constraints

Examples:
- examples/real-data.js: realistic BTC data with date/volume, precomputeCandleProps,
  gap detection across series, pattern frequency breakdown
- examples/esm-example.mjs: extended with streaming, metadata, plugins,
  and named-vs-default import consistency check

Docs (README.md):
- OHLC section: documents that extra fields (date, volume) are preserved in match results
- New precomputeCandleProps section: when and how to use it for performance
- Full Example Files: added real-data.js entry
