resurrect in-flight async entries on expiration

This technically breaks the EvictionListener contract as it silently
drops the notification because the future isn't ready (instead of
blocking to wait on the join). Instead this edge case is detected, the
entry is rescued from eviction, and its given another far in the future
timestamp.
