redesign API: Stage.Do nested-Do guard plus task-scope options

- Stage.Do(ctx, fn) gains ctx-based nested-Do guard against R/W deadlock
- AddFunc adopts TaskOption pattern: DoOnStartup, Recoverable
- WithRecover service-side option composes via OR with task-scope
- runFunc reused on cron schedule plus startup invocation
- tests consolidated to 5 scenarios covering main paths
