test(core,aspnet,console): add integration & edge tests

Add comprehensive integration and edge case tests for Gestalt modular frameworks, improving coverage and reliability of module discovery, registration, and lifecycle management.

- Add integration tests for ASP.NET Controllers, MVC, Razor Pages, SignalR, and Console/Host builder extensions
- Add edge case tests for builder extension methods
- Add tests for assembly extension methods to verify module and framework discovery and ordering
- Ensure ApplicationBaseClass includes its own assembly in loaded assemblies
- Update module configuration to use spread operator ([..]) for arrays
- Remove some argument assertions in integration tests
- Add mock host environment implementations for testing
- Standardize all new tests to use xUnit and consistent structure
