:sparkles: AGENTS.md autoloader — prepend project context to orchestrator prompt

Walk from session cwd up to the Git root looking for AGENTS.md; prepend its
content to the orchestrator system prompt when found. Stops at .git boundary
so context never leaks from parent repositories.

Add AGENTS.md at the repo root with project conventions, module naming,
commit format, and architectural rules.
