Regenerate from latest Wiswa template.

- Migrate build backend from poetry-core to hatchling and replace
  poetry.lock with uv.lock.
- Add .claude/ tree (agents, rules, skills, commands, settings) and
  drop .github/instructions/ in favour of .claude/rules/.
- Add AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md as the new agent/assistant entry points.
- Add new workflows: markdownlint, prettier, release, snap, spelling;
  refresh appimage, codeql, publish, pyinstaller, qa, and tests.
- Add snapcraft.yaml and docs/badges.rst.
- Bump bundled yarn from 4.11.0 to 4.14.1 and refresh yarn.lock.
- Update .pre-commit-config.yaml, .vscode settings, .gitignore,
  .prettierignore, .readthedocs.yaml, _config.yml, and CITATION.cff to
  match the template.
