session: silence ty invalid-method-override on _NoCacheAsyncSession

ty flags the request() override as Liskov-incompatible with
niquests.AsyncSession.request, the same way mypy does. Add the
matching ty ignore alongside the existing mypy override ignore so the
QA check passes.
