- Bump ruff-pre-commit to v0.15.12 and pin ruff==0.15.11 in dev deps.
- Bump dev/test deps: mypy >= 1.20.1, ty >= 0.0.31, niquests-mock
  >= 0.3.1, niquests >= 3.18.6.
- Drop unused docs deps docutils<0.22 and numpydoc.
- Bump cspell back to ^9.8.0 and prettier ^3.8.3, pyright ^1.1.409 in
  package.json.
- Add `man` to hatch sdist include and tighten yapfignore patterns to
  `.venv`, `.wiswa-ci`, `node_modules`.
- Add `*.min.js` to .prettierignore.
- Reflow line wrapping in .claude/agents/release.md and wiswa-sync.md.
- Drop stale `numpydoc` entry from .vscode/dictionary.txt.
- Update CITATION.cff date-released to 2026-04-25.
- Apply formatter trailing-comma removals across xirvik/ and tests/
  driven by the ruff/yapfignore updates.
- Refresh uv.lock and yarn.lock.
