feat: add multi-app coverage collection via dep_apps option (#17)

* feat: add multi-app coverage collection via dep_apps option

Support collecting coverage across a main app and its dependency
libraries in a single session. This enables real-world scenarios
where business logic is split across multiple OTP apps.

Changes:
- Add dep_apps option to start_app_cov, get_app_total_cov,
  get_app_coverage_report, and post_app_cov_to_ci
- Add Cover.modules_for_compile_root/1 to partition modules by app
- Add release-compatible source resolution via beam debug_info
  fallback when module_info(:compile) is stripped
- Add multi-app HTTP API endpoints (dep_apps query param)
- Add defensive rescue in CovStatsWorker handle_cast clauses
- Add E2E tests (real :cover, no mocks) for multi-app pipeline
- Add dep_lib example and update release_demo with dep_apps demo
- Split README into English/Chinese with cross-reference links
