Integrated new MetaWear-CppAPI commits. (Using 0.5.0)

Adding a magnetometer API (#16)
Barometer module written, updated examples.
Ambient Light module written.
Modifying wrappers to accomodate Epoch value in the data.
High speed sampling for accelerometer and gyroscope implemented.
Bluepy backend implemented and partially working.
Added interface selection for all backends.
Addressed some issues with newest pygatt release.
Updated requirements to make pygatt default.
Made pybluez[ble] an extras package since it fails to build on Py 3.5.
Documetation update.
Added Contributors file.
Improved develop install procedure.
Updated and fixed examples to some extent.
Changed building procedure to handle ARM processors.
Updated examples and made minor changes to debug.
