MySQL 9.7 support

This commit marks MySQL 9.7 as a supported DB flavor. MySQL 9.7 is the latest
long-term support (LTS) version series, released two days ago (21 Apr 2026)
and supported by Oracle for eight years.

This is mostly a bookkeeping commit, as all Skeema integration tests pass
as-is for MySQL 9.7. One change in 9.7, DML annotations for JSON Duality
Views, is relevant in Skeema Premium but already fully works as-is since
Skeema v1.13.1 (Oct 2025).

One reserved word added three months ago in MySQL 9.6, SETS, is no longer
reserved in 9.7.0; the change in 9.6 has been retroactively considered a
server bug as per https://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=119904. Accordingly,
Skeema's lint-reserved-word no longer treats SETS as reserved at all.
(Ordinarily, we have special treatment for reserved words that later become
un-reserved, but in this case that isn't used since SETS was only reserved
in a single non-LTS MySQL release, which is unlikely to impact production
users.)

So far, no other changes mentioned in the MySQL 9.7.0 release notes appear
to affect Skeema. Often the MySQL release notes are updated retroactively
though, so it is always possible that subsequent commits here will include
other changes relating to 9.7.0.
