docs(plan): specify triples added per gen:Space and gen:SpaceMemberRole nanopub

Pins npa:spacesGraph as the validated-links graph IRI. Adds the extraction
shape for gen:Space nanopubs (npa:SpaceRef entry plus npa:hasRootAdmin
seeds when self-rooted) and for gen:SpaceMemberRole nanopubs (copied
assertion triples plus npa:embeddedIn, gated by the role IRI starting
with the nanopub IRI).
