Remove redundant second call to get_multisend_abis() in DataDecoderService.init

multisend_fn_selectors_with_abis was built by calling get_multisend_abis()
a second time, re-creating the async generator after the list had already
been materialized into self.multisend_abis. The already-materialized list
is now iterated directly to avoid the redundant call.
