fix(nv-driver): strict post-install version check for pinned driver installs (#786)

* test(nv-driver): add strict version-mismatch guard test

Drives the post-install guard that fails loudly when a pinned
DESIRED_VERSION does not match the installed FINAL_VERSION. Without
this guard a silent package-resolver mismatch (see issue #783) would
pass provisioning.

* feat(nv-driver): fail loudly on driver version mismatch after pin

When the user pins a specific driver version via nvidiaDriver.package.version,
the install script now compares the version reported by nvidia-smi against
the requested version and aborts with holodeck_error 11 on mismatch.

Catches silent-pin regressions where the package resolver picks a different
point release than requested (the failure mode behind issue #783). The check
is runtime-guarded on DESIRED_VERSION being non-empty, so unpinned installs
are unaffected.
