[fix] Fixed overlap between node labels and overlays #454

- Resolved several UX issues with overlapping node labels and overlays.
- Renamed ``showLabelsAtZoomLevel`` to ``showMapLabelsAtZoom`` for consistency
  with ``showGraphLabelsAtZoom`` (maintained backward compatibility for the
  legacy option).
- Allowed node labels to be either completely disabled or kept always visible.

Fixes #454.
