test(e2e): add vmcp optimizer tier e2e tests (#4963)

* test(e2e): add optimizer tier e2e tests for RFC THV-0059 Phase 4

Adds test/e2e/vmcp_optimizer_test.go covering the remaining optimizer
e2e cases for issue #4889: Tier-2 managed TEI lifecycle
(--optimizer-embedding), fail-fast on bad embedding image, idempotent
TEI container reuse across two concurrent serve instances, and a
standalone vmcp binary regression that confirms the Phase 1 pkg/vmcp/cli
extraction did not break the standalone binary path.

TEI-dependent tests are guarded by THV_E2E_TEI=true for dedicated
runners; the fail-fast and regression tests run in standard vmcp CI.

* fix(e2e): remove always-constant backendPrefix param to fix unparam lint

The `backendPrefix` parameter in `singleBackendFixture.setup` always
received "yardstick" across all call sites, triggering the unparam
linter. Hardcode the value directly and drop the parameter.
