main: add niquests and urllib3_future loggers to setup_logging

After the async migration to niquests, only the top-level livecheck and
urllib3 loggers were wired into setup_logging. Add niquests,
niquests_cache, and urllib3_future so their debug output is visible when
--debug is passed.
