[#74] Added `Activity` class
This is the start of adding optional activity logging to inachis with the ability to enable this via system.json configuration. Initial actions it will be able to record are login (form+cookie), logout, and content creation, updating, removal, publishing and sharing. Further work is required to add a `*Manager` class for this to create entries which will then be called from the appropriate places (which have so far had the check added).
