* Add list_parts() to object storage protocol

* Add dummy implementation for in-memory s3 test util

* Add real list_parts() implementation

* Add an integration test for list_parts()

* Bump version from 8.1.0 -> 8.2.0

* Update template files

* Validate optional params and ignore invalid ones

* Raise a ValueError if optional params are invalid instead of silently proceeding

* Remove superfluous cleanup

* Add param validation to inmem class and add unit tests for it

* Update pyproject from recent template PR

* Test with first_part_no == 1

* Remove isinstance checks

* Rename parts_info to parts

* Show that first_part_no being set too high produces expected behavior

* Make it more better and match other methods

* Add more to the doc string for _check_uploaded_parts

* Adjust test var

* Skip big test and say why

* Subtract 1
