* Add pretty print function for PlotFTIR data structures (#27)

- Add PlotFTIR_data class to all data structures via check_ftir_data()
- Implement print.PlotFTIR_data() method showing spectral range, resolution, intensity type, sample count, and IDs
- Ensure imported data from ir and ChemoSpec packages gets the class
- Add tests for print method and class assignment
- Update documentation, NEWS, README, and vignette with examples
