ci: ignore errors from coveralls upload steps

Intermittent server errors are frequent enough that the annoyance
outweighs the value of catching real errors in the future.  Don't fail
on upload error.  Add a comment linking to my issue requesting a way to
only ignore server errors outside our control (5XX).
