Fix swapped argument order in test_set_label: set_label takes (label,
torrent_hash), so the test was labelling the wrong hash.

Remove redundant list() wrapping in list_torrents reverse path;
torrents is already a concrete list by that point.

Assert outgoing form payload in test_edit_torrent (parses the
urlencoded body to verify each expected (key, value) pair) and in
test_start_torrents_start_stopped (checks the multipart body contains
torrents_start_stopped=on), so regressions in payload construction
cannot pass silently.
