project: enable pytest-asyncio for async tests

Add pytest-asyncio to the tests dependency group and set
asyncio_mode = "auto" so bare async def tests are collected and run
without per-test markers. Update .wiswa.jsonnet to match so the setting
survives future regenerations. Hoist the frozenset default in
tests/test_prefix.py to a module-level constant to silence
reportCallInDefaultInitializer.
