test(cron): address Copilot round 6 - skipClean on nested instances, +1 tolerance, title

- behavior.ts + scheduling.ts: pass skipClean=true when nested tests
  create a secondary getNewInstance(). The outer suite shares the
  testing DB and cleanTestingDatabases() drops the entire DB, which
  can disrupt the running suite and cause flakiness.
- behavior.ts "stops executing tasks after stopCronTasks()": allow
  at most +1 run after stop. stopCronTasks is fire-and-forget for the
  parallel path (and even in the serial path a worker already inside
  findOneAndUpdate can still complete one extra run). More than +1
  still fails the test.
- parallel.ts: describe title and file header now acknowledge the
  serial-baseline sanity-check test; the suite is no longer framed as
  strictly cronTaskConcurrency>1-only.
