fix(test): increase performance thresholds for CI runners

CI runners can be significantly slower than local machines.
Adjusting thresholds:
- test_benchmark_large_content: 10s → 20s
- test_100k_lines_performance: 30s → 60s
- test_pruning_performance: 10s → 20s
